To shift our relationship, language, beliefs and behaviors around fitness to cultivate a positive internal narrative and enhance personal self-empowerment. The messaging of the fitness industry today is a form of gaslighting, deeply negative and encourages a perfection versus health paradigm. We believe that exercise and well being is a celebration not a degradation. Free Your Fitness is a call to action to align your heart’s fitness to your heart’s purpose.
